Delivery Policy

Please check the delivery address is within 12 miles of BS40 6BE before placing an order.

Flower orders are available for delivery from Wednesday-Saturday unless otherwise stated on the website.  

Please ensure the delivery address is entered correctly and in full.  We can not be held responsible for failure to deliver due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

Please give clear instructions as to where to leave the flowers if the recipient is not at home.  We are not able to offer re-delivery if the recipient is out.
